## What Slerp does

Slerp lets restaurants sell directly to their customers online. The platform replaces the need for marketplaces by giving each restaurant their own ordering channels: web ordering, click & collect, delivery via Slerp Dispatch (Deliveroo Express, Uber Direct, Just Eat Go, Stuart and other couriers, or own fleet via Shipday), order at table (QR code), white-label mobile app, loyalty programme with Apple and Google Wallet passes, customer CRM, catering ordering, and an order management system that consolidates orders from multiple channels into one screen.

Restaurants on Slerp keep their own customer data, control their brand experience, and keep 100% of the revenue from each transaction. Slerp acts as the billing entity for courier partners and provides live 7-day support for operators and their customers. When the UK's biggest courier fleets open their networks, they launch with Slerp first: Stuart in 2016, Uber Direct in 2023, Deliveroo Express in 2025 and Just Eat in 2026.

## Pricing model

A monthly fee per site plus transactional fees covering payments and delivery where applicable. Three tiers: Essentials, Essentials+, and Growth (which includes the branded app). CRM is the only optional add-on. No marketplace commission. Exact quotes via a demo call.
