The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager. This is a new position is based in London and joins the foundation team. You will be a critical member involved in several aspects of the business, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a contract role for 3 months with the view to becoming a permanent role as we ease out of lockdown.

 

Key aspects of the role

  • Assisting the Commercial team to onboard, maintain and grow merchant relationships remotely, and via face-to-face contact.
  • Perform outbound sales via phone and email to new merchants.
  • Provide training, education and ongoing support to new merchants, particularly during the first four-weeks post-launch.

Account Management & Operations Lead (filled)
The Role
We are looking for an Account Management & Operations Lead. This is a new position based in London that joins the foundation team. You will be a critical member involved in several aspects of the business, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

 

Key aspects of the role

  • Assisting the Commercial team to onboard, maintain and grow merchant relationships remotely, and via face-to-face contact.
  • Provide training, education and ongoing support to merchants including:
    – A clear periodic plan for growing GMV.
    – Troubleshooting.
  • Managing live operations, particularly during peak periods. This includes:
    – Customer queries.
    – Help desk tickets.
    – Courier or delivery support.
  • Working with the product team to:
    – Improve the platform & feed into the product roadmap.
    – Provide context from a merchant perspective.
    – Inputting into the Help Centre to ensure it is relevant and up to date.
  • Ownership in creating/evolving several processes to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in building and maintaining partnerships with key partners (i.e. courier partners, payments).

We are looking for an Operations Lead to head up a new team with staff in London and Manila. This is a new position based in London and joins the foundation team.   • Define and create operational processes to manage live courier support.

Senior Full Stack Developer

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to manage key projects (i.e. integrations) and provide live dev ops cover to the UK market. This is a new position based in London that will be pivotal in providing direct local support to the Commercial team as well as being a senior technical conduit to the rest of the developers in Manila. You will be a critical foundation member involved in several aspects of the business, reporting directly to the CTO.

You will be designing, coding, and modifying our platform, from layout to function, per the project’s specifications.

  • Be the key London contact for the CTO who is based in Manila.
  • Work alongside the London-based Product & Commercial teams, providing technical input and guidance. You will be constantly collaborating with team members and stakeholders across the business.
