Nell’s Pizza
When a passion for pizza combines with an obsession with making and baking, you get Nell’s. After realising that most UK pizza was Neapolitan style, Jonny decided to bring something different to the scene.
Over the next 18 months plenty of research, trialling, travelling and market research (SO much pizza eating) took place, sampling the best slices on offer across the pond. And so, Nell’s was born: New York-style slices, moreish ice-cream sandwiches and craft drinks, taking cities in their stride.
