Do I have to do anything myself?
There is a short questionnaire to complete at the start, and we’ll need you to provide access to your Google Analytics. If your bundle includes social ads, we’ll ask for access to your images, videos (if you have them) and social media. Then you can leave the rest to us.
If the bundle costs £500 per month, why is there only £300 ad spend per month?
We employ a team of specialists to plan, build, monitor and optimise your ads, the remainder of the fee goes towards ensuring we have the best people and resources to do this.
Can you guarantee me a specific result?
Like with your physical location we can’t guarantee specific results, many factors can affect the outcome on any given day, such as the level of competition, the number of people in your delivery radius, the level of interest in your specific products, seasonality and even the weather. What we can guarantee is that we will help you be in the best position possible to reach new customers and make more sales.
What can I do to improve my return on investment?
Ads will drive traffic and bring more people to your online store, but like with your physical location their behaviour once they get there depends on what they’re greeted with. Work with your account manager to ensure your Slerp Space is as optimised as possible – this includes good photography, a wide product range, long open hours, accepting pre-orders and running delivery discounts. All of these tactics increase likelihood to buy.
Will I see immediate results?
You will start seeing increased visits to your site by the end of month one. Over time the effectiveness of your ads will improve as we gather more data on your customers’ behaviour. This helps us fine tune how we target them.
