What’s in the December 2025 update
This month we’ve focused on the nuts-and-bolts of online ordering and operations: a clearer menu page for customers, more helpful information on Partner app dockets, fine-grained pickup slots, special festive hours and finance improvements behind the scenes.
There are also two POS integrations moving through the pipeline – 3S POS loyalty and Lightspeed K-Series – bringing you closer to a joined-up view of online and in-store orders.
Fulfilment experience
Improved menu page for customers
We’ve added a new toggle on the menu page that lets customers easily switch between delivery, collection and time slots.
Instead of hunting for options at checkout, guests can choose how and when they want their order right from the main shop page.
The impact: less friction at checkout and more customers choosing the time that works for them.
Partner app receipts
Driver pickup & delivery times on printed dockets
For operators using the Partner app, dockets now display a driver ETA for delivery. That means the kitchen can see when the driver is due and work back from a clear target time.
The impact: dishes are prepped more accurately and drivers spend less time waiting around.
10-minute pickup slots
You can now configure pickup time slots in 10-minute intervals via controls. This makes it easier to match front-of-house queues and kitchen load with real demand.
The impact: smoother queues, better pacing and fewer bottlenecks at the counter.
Special opening hours
Special trading hours for Christmas
If you’re changing trading hours over the festive period, you can use special opening times to override your standard schedule.
Apply different hours for key dates like Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or bank holidays without rewriting your usual pattern.
The impact: customers see accurate availability, and your team doesn’t need to manually switch services on and off.

POS & loyalty
3S POS loyalty integration Launching soon
We’ve enhanced our integration with 3S POS to support Slerp loyalty end-to-end. The technical work is complete and we’re preparing for a Q1 launch.
Once live, operators using 3S POS will be able to connect Slerp loyalty so customers earn and redeem rewards in one joined-up flow across online and in-store.
The impact: one connected loyalty experience, less manual work and more repeat visits.

Lightspeed K-Series integration Coming soon
Lightspeed K-Series is the next POS to join our integration stack. This will give more Slerp partners the option to connect online orders, in-store reporting and kitchen operations in a single system.
The impact: fewer manual exports and a cleaner, joined-up picture of performance.
Finance & reporting
Upcoming updates to VAT receipts & invoicing
We’ve overhauled how invoices and receipts are generated, with a focus on clearer VAT breakdowns and more consistent documentation for your accountants.
That means line items and tax information are easier to read, export and reconcile across your finance stack.
The impact: cleaner documentation and fewer back-and-forths between operators and finance teams.
