This release brings five quality-of-life improvements across your ordering journey: a new 3S POS integration, a smoother checkout flow, clearer delivery communication, improved franchise payout reporting and a map on the Browse page for faster store discovery.

Together, these updates help you manage orders in one place, cut down on errors and support your team – while giving guests a clearer, more reassuring experience from checkout to delivery.

Integrations

New: 3S POS integration

3S POS offers one of the most flexible EPOS systems. Now it connects seamlessly with Slerp, so online orders are automatically sent into 3S POS without manual re-entry.

That means your team can manage in-store and online orders together in one system – no double handling, fewer mistakes.

The impact: UK restaurants using 3S POS can manage orders in one place, saving time, reducing errors and giving staff an easier way to process orders.

Ordering experience

Smoother, faster checkout experience

We’ve refined the Slerp checkout to be faster, clearer and less error-prone. The goal: make it easier for guests to complete their order without friction.

  • Details collapse once completed for a cleaner, more focused flow.
  • Forms are easier to tab through for quicker keyboard input.
  • Inputs are consistent across the page, reducing confusion.

The impact: a faster, smoother checkout that reduces drop-off and mistakes.

Delivery & logistics

Better communication during deliveries

For Slerp Courier Partner orders, guests now get clearer information if their order hasn’t yet been assigned a driver.

We’ve added an extra message on the confirmation page (alongside the usual SMS and Dispatch tracker) so customers know exactly what’s happening.

  • Appears 10 minutes after pickup time if there’s still no driver.
  • Proactively reassures customers and sets expectations.

The impact: fewer “where’s my order?” calls and less pressure on your team.

Reporting & finance

Clearer payout reconciliation for franchise partners

For partners using Franchise Payments, we’ve updated the report so it’s crystal clear who gets what on every transaction.

  • Net Transaction Earnings: the amount paid out after Slerp application fees.
  • Split columns for Franchisor (Main Partner) and Franchisee (Location) so each share is easy to see.

The impact: less back-and-forth and faster reconciliation per transaction.

Store discovery

Map on the Browse page

We’ve added a map to the Browse page on desktop, making it easier for guests to find the right site at a glance.

The map syncs with your store list so guests can quickly see which location is closest – and click straight through to order.

The impact: faster store discovery, fewer drop-offs and more orders going to the right location.
