Overview
What’s in the February 2026 update
This month brings a broader courier network in Dispatch, the Lightspeed K-Series integration into beta, and a set of quality-of-life improvements in Controls that make day-to-day menu management faster.
We’re also sharing what’s coming next: loyalty cards in Apple & Google Wallets, significantly faster page loads, and more landing page customisation so your storefront feels even more like yours.
POS integrations
Lightspeed K-Series integration
In beta
The Lightspeed K-Series integration is now in production onboarding. Partners can connect their Lightspeed account, sync menus, and push orders directly from Slerp to the Lightspeed POS.
Help Centre articles are live if you’d like to get up to speed ahead of the wider rollout.
The impact: one less screen to manage – orders flow straight from your online shop to the kitchen.
Dispatch
More courier options in Dispatch
Gophr and PedalMe are now fully integrated into Dispatch. This means more courier availability for your deliveries, all managed from one place.
We’ve also shipped a number of stability fixes across Gophr, PedalMe, Uber, and Deliveroo to make delivery tracking more reliable.
The impact: a wider courier network and smoother delivery management.
Controls
Easier menu and store management
A handful of improvements to make Controls quicker to use: category descriptions are now optional, stores are listed alphabetically, and archived availability rules are hidden from view.
The impact: less friction when setting up and managing your menu.
Coming soon
Loyalty
Loyalty in Apple & Google Wallets Coming soon
Your customers will soon be able to store their Slerp loyalty card directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Rewards stay with them, no app required.
The impact: more visibility for your loyalty programme, right where customers already look.
Checkout experience
Ultra fast page loading Coming soon
We’re making changes behind the scenes so your online shop loads much faster for customers on both mobile and desktop.
Faster pages mean customers are less likely to drop off – and search engines like Google are more likely to show your shop in results.
The impact: quicker pages, happier customers, and better visibility on Google.
Branding
Landing page customisation Coming soon
We’re adding more brand customisation options to your Slerp landing page – starting with tidying up what’s already there, then expanding colours and styling so your storefront feels even more like yours.
The impact: a more branded experience for your customers from the moment they land.
