What’s in the January 2026 update
This month we’ve focused on operational efficiency and loyalty connection: transparent courier waiting fees in Dispatch, 3S POS loyalty fully live, QR code redemption launching soon, and faster invoice access in Controls.
There’s also Lightspeed K-Series integration in the pipeline – bringing you closer to a joined-up view of online and in-store orders.
Dispatch
Heads up: Courier waiting fees
Some courier fleets already charge waiting fees when drivers wait beyond a grace period at pickup. We’ve updated Dispatch so these fees are now automatically calculated and charged.
We’ve also updated the Dispatch Terms & Conditions and published a Help Centre article explaining how waiting fees work – and how to reduce them using Prep Modes, Dynamic Prep Time, and order limits.
The impact: more transparency around courier costs and clear guidance on how to minimise waiting time charges.
POS & loyalty
3S POS loyalty integration is live
Loyalty is now fully connected between Slerp and 3S POS. This means customers paying at the till can earn or redeem rewards powered by Slerp Loyalty.
Your team can now:
- Find Slerp customers in your POS
- See available rewards
- Earn points or stamps automatically
- Redeem rewards at checkout
The impact: one connected loyalty flow, with less manual work and a consistent experience across online and in-store.
In-store experience
Choose how to use Slerp Loyalty Coming soon
Launching soon, you’ll have the ability to choose how your customers use Slerp Loyalty in-store through QR codes at checkout.
Customers will be able to:
- ⭐ Add loyalty points
- 🎁 Redeem rewards instantly
The impact: faster checkout, seamless loyalty engagement and fewer friction points for customers and staff.
Finance & reporting
Invoices and receipts are now live in Controls
Admin users can now download invoices and receipts directly from Controls. That means line items, VAT information and payment records are all accessible in one place.
The impact: faster access for your team and easier handover to accountants – no more chasing documents.
POS integrations
Lightspeed K-Series integration Coming soon
Lightspeed K-Series is next to join our integration stack, giving more operators the option to sync menus and digest Slerp orders directly to Lightspeed POS.
The impact: fewer manual exports and a cleaner, joined-up picture of performance across online and in-store.
