The July release focuses on making it easier to promote offers, navigate Controls, keep guests informed in real time and deliver a premium branded app experience.
You’ll see new discount stickers on your shop, a simplified Controls layout, instant ‘Ready for Collection’ SMS for pickup orders, and improvements to the fully branded Slerp app, including dietary tags across App & Web.

Eye-catching discount stickers are here
We’ve introduced discount stickers to help highlight key deals and boost conversions on your Slerp-powered shop.
Stickers surface your best offers in the right place – so guests see value instantly, whether they’re browsing the menu or looking at a specific product.
What’s new
- Stickers now show on the shop page and inside the product modal.
- Supports both fixed (£10 off) and percentage (50% off) discounts.
What’s next
- Support for Buy One, Get One offers is coming soon.
The impact: clearer offers on every page, higher click-through and more converted baskets.
Controls UX
A smarter, simpler Controls experience
We’ve redesigned the Slerp Controls dashboard to make navigation more intuitive – especially for new team members jumping in for the first time.
What’s new
- The side menu is now expanded by default, with icons and labels so teams can find what they need faster.
- Key actions like Settings, Help Centre and Log Out have moved to the bottom for easier access.
- A dedicated Collapse Menu button for those who prefer a compact view.
- A cleaner layout with reduced padding and more usable screen space.
- User roles (Admin, Manager, Member) are now clearly shown next to usernames.
- “Menu and Order Manager” is now simply Menu Manager.
The impact: faster onboarding, fewer clicks to key actions and a dashboard that feels easier to use every day.
Operations & service
Instantly notify customers with ‘Ready for Collection’ SMS
Make sure you’re using the ‘Ready for Collection’ button in the Partner App or Controls for all pickup orders.
When a pickup order is ready, just tap the button – an SMS goes straight to the customer letting them know it’s time to collect, with no manual follow-up needed.
The impact: fewer phone calls, less waiting at the counter and a smoother collection experience.
Branded app
Drive more orders with a fully branded app experience
We’re continuing to refine the fully branded Slerp app so your digital experience feels smooth, consistent and true to your brand.
What’s new
- Dietary requirements are now live on App & Web – tag products as Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, Halal, Paleo or Gluten-Free.
- The Order tab has been improved to make it smoother and more intuitive for customers.
The impact: a sharper branded journey and better support for dietary preferences, from browse to checkout.
