What’s in the June 2025 update

The June release focuses on helping you showcase offers more clearly, stay in control during busy periods, and explore new delivery options – backed up with fresh D2C market insight.

You’ll see a new Prompts section at the top of your shop to surface discounts and offers, Dynamic Prep Times to automatically adapt to large baskets, a dispatch pilot for moving products between locations, and a new State of D2C in Hospitality report for your leadership team.

Introducing Prompts: a smarter way to showcase discounts

We’ve introduced a new Prompts section at the top of your Slerp shop page to automatically highlight active automatic discounts and loyalty offers (starting with automatic discounts).

Prompts make your offers impossible to miss, nudging customers towards completing their order – and encouraging account creation where it matters.

What’s new

  • A dedicated Prompts bar at the top of your shop page that highlights active automatic discounts.
  • Prompts appear automatically whenever qualifying discounts are running – no extra set up needed.
  • Messaging designed to guide customers towards sign-in or account creation when relevant.

  • Extended support for more offer types, including loyalty offers and additional promotion formats.

Smarter prep times for better control during busy periods

We’ve launched Dynamic Prep Times – a new way to manage large, on-demand orders without overwhelming the kitchen or service team.

Prep times now automatically adjust based on the value of the basket, giving your team more time to prepare complex orders and keeping customer expectations aligned with reality.

We’re preparing to launch a new dispatch product and we’re looking for partners to pilot it with us.

With this new feature, you’ll be able to book deliveries from one location to another, tapping into the multiple courier fleets already integrated with Slerp – ideal for moving stock, prep or finished goods between sites.
