Overview

What’s in the September 2025 update

This update introduces Dispatch Self-Serve: a new way to book and manage deliveries directly in Slerp Controls – even for orders that don’t go through your Slerp shop.

You already use Slerp Dispatch to power delivery for your online orders. Now, you can use the same trusted couriers for stock moves, catering, events, press drops and campaign activity, without extra tools or manual work.

Delivery network

What is Slerp Dispatch?

As a Slerp partner, you already have access to the UK’s leading last-mile couriers to deliver to your customers for all Slerp orders.

From on-demand delivery through to large catering orders, Slerp Dispatch helps you scale with fast, reliable logistics – with live ops support and end-customer support included.

The impact: one logistics layer for your direct orders, backed by courier and customer support.

New feature

Introducing Dispatch Self-Serve

One of the most requested features has been the ability to book couriers for non-Slerp orders – things like internal stock movements, event logistics or marketing drops.

This is now available for everyone directly from your Controls > Dispatch dashboard. If you can describe the pick-up and drop-off, you can send it using Slerp Dispatch.
