Yes, we provide end-customer support for delivery orders booked through our own dispatch platform. Customers can access support via a Live Chat button in their order confirmation email. Our team assists with various issues, including order status checks, delivery problems, and quality concerns
Setting up your online ordering channel takes on average 1 – 4 hours. Once you receive login details from us, you can create your online ordering channel as quickly as you wish. We recommend starting with a small product list to go live quickly, as you can add more products later.
