Big upgrade to App Designer!Live

The ability to fully tailor your app home screen is now available. This is a significant upgrade, enabling full customisation at your fingertips.

Find it in Controls under Designer > Mobile App.

Hand out your loyalty card in storeLive

Your loyalty card already sits in Apple and Google Wallet. Now you can put it in front of the people standing at your counter.

In Controls, under Loyalty > Settings, grab your Loyalty QR code. Print it, put it on a screen, or share the link.

• Customers scan, sign up, and land on their loyalty card
• One tap adds it to Apple or Google Wallet (no app needed)
• Your team can show the same QR code from the Partner App
• Ordering on desktop? Customers get their own loyalty page, with a QR to move the card to their phone

Custom webhooks are liveLive

Send your order data wherever you need it, straight from Controls. Set your endpoint, choose new orders, updates or both, and every order is pushed across as it happens. No developer needed.

The quickest route is Zapier or n8n. From there your orders can flow into:

• A sheet that keeps itself up to date
• A daily summary in your inbox
• An AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT that writes up your trading day

Partner App upgrades: WiFi and Ethernet printingLive

Partner App 2.9.107 is out, and it’s all about getting your tickets printed. Find it under Devices in the app settings.

• Printers now connect over WiFi or Ethernet, not just Bluetooth. Tested on Star and Munbyn, so your printer can sit where it suits your kitchen
• Receipts print in Chinese and Vietnamese, with menu names converted automatically and columns that stay aligned
• Steadier printing throughout, including a retry on a dropped Bluetooth packet and long receipts handled cleanly

Slerp x Leat: now onboardingPhase 1 launch

We’re well underway integrating with Leat, a dedicated loyalty and marketing platform.

We’re now onboarding partners who already use Leat. Phase one lets customers earn on their Leat balance for Slerp orders. Phase two, launching in October, will let customers redeem their Leat rewards on Slerp.

Drive repeat orders with loyalty bonuses

You can award extra stamps or points to a customer when they create an account, and after their first purchase.

It’s an easy way to drive stickiness, building the habit for the customer while you capture their data. Set it up in a few clicks in Controls.
