One storefront, one menu, one customer record

Every way they order, one store.

Most platforms do one order type well. Your Slerp store takes them all, so the customer who collects on Tuesday can book office catering on Friday without leaving your brand.

Set up once, sell everywhere. Menus, prices and availability are managed per location and per order type, and every order lands in the same dashboard and the same customer record. Delivery riders come from Deliveroo Express, Uber Direct and Just Eat Go, booked automatically order by order.

Common questions

Web ordering FAQs

Do I pay marketplace commission on web orders?
No. Your Slerp store is your direct channel, so there is no marketplace taking a cut of every order or owning your customer relationship. Pricing is a simple subscription with transparent transaction costs, so the margin a marketplace would take stays with you.
How quickly can my online store go live?
Days, not months. Building the store itself typically takes a few hours once you have your login. Add your branding, load a starter menu and go. Most partners launch with a small product list to get live quickly, then grow the menu from there, with the Slerp team on hand throughout.
Can customers order without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is built in, so first-time customers can pay and go with no sign-up wall. Those who do create an account get saved details, easy repeat orders and loyalty rewards, which is how casual buyers become regulars.
How does the store work with my existing website?
Your store lives at your own branded ordering link, for example yourbrand.slerp.com/order, and can even run on your own domain, like order.yourbrand.com, as an option. It connects to everything you already run. An Order Now button on your website, your Google Business Profile, your Instagram bio and your email campaigns. No rebuild of your website is needed, and there is no Slerp branding in the customer journey.
Does web ordering integrate with my POS?
Yes. Slerp integrates with POS and middleware partners including Lightspeed, Deliverect, 3S POS and UrbanPiper, and Slerp’s own order management brings web, app and marketplace orders together in one place, so orders flow to the kitchen without retyping.
Do I need an app as well as web ordering?
Start with web. It is the fastest way to take direct orders and every customer can use it instantly, with nothing to download. When repeat ordering grows, a branded app adds push notifications, wallet passes and home-screen presence on top of the same store, menu and customer base, so nothing is rebuilt.
Can I run multiple locations from one store?
Yes. One storefront serves all your locations. Each site gets its own menus, prices, opening hours, prep times and order settings, and a change can be applied across several locations at once, so multi-site doesn’t mean multiplying the admin.
What is a web ordering system?
A web ordering system is a branded online store where a restaurant, cafe or bakery takes orders directly through the web, rather than through a marketplace app. Customers browse the menu, pay online and choose delivery, collection or catering. The business keeps the customer relationship, the data and the margin a marketplace would otherwise take.
