Wallet Pass Location Notifications are liveLive

Last month we flagged this as launching in May, and it’s now in your hands. Send a custom push notification automatically when your Wallet Pass customers come within range of a location.

Loyalty reporting, now split by channelLive

The loyalty overview in Controls has been expanded with channel breakdowns. Filter by online or in-store, see rewards available and rewards redeemed for both the selected period and lifetime, and view lifetime stamps split the same way.

We’ve also added a small but useful display setting: you can now choose whether your loyalty card header shows the card image or the card name. The setting drives both Controls and the new app home screen, so your styling stays consistent in one place.

Shipday is now fully self-serve in ControlsLive

Last month Shipday went into beta with our first partners. As of this release, the full setup runs inside Controls, no engineering involvement needed. Connect your Shipday account and choose whether to integrate at merchant or individual store level.

Stream: separate menus for same-day and pre-orderLive

Partners using Stream can now push two distinct menus, one for same-day orders and one for pre-orders. Name your pre-order menu with a [SLERP_PREORDER] prefix and Slerp will treat it as your pre-order inventory while everything else stays same-day.

New Cybake export format in ComposerLive

Composer now supports a Cybake export format alongside the existing 3PL options. Select Cybake from your production settings and your order exports will map to the fields Cybake expects, so bakery partners can move data straight into their existing workflows.
