Loyalty

Wallet Pass is hereLive

Run on-premise loyalty straight from your customers’ phones. They store their loyalty card in Apple or Google Wallet, generate a QR code at the till, and your team scans it to award the stamp.

Turn it on in Controls with a single click, then design it under Designer > Wallet Pass. Make sure your Loyalty settings are configured first (Loyalty > Settings) so the customer-generates / staff-scans flow works as expected.

On-premise loyalty without an app. Customers earn stamps as they pay.

Customise the map shown on your landing page so it marries up with your brand. Tweak the colours of the map itself, and design the pins that mark your locations with your logo.

Slerp App

Product-level prep timesLive

You can now set a prep time on individual products, separate from your overall store lead time. Use it when a particular product needs more lead time on same-day orders.

For example, set a prep time of 60 minutes on a product and it won’t be available for any time slot booked less than an hour in advance.

Combined with your existing category cut-offs and special availability rules, you can now tailor your menu for pretty much any scenario.

More accurate promise times for customers, fewer bottlenecks in your kitchen.

Shipday integration: now onboarding partnersLive

If you run your own delivery or logistics fleet, Shipday is an affordable way to assign drivers, manage routes, and give customers a live tracking link, all integrated with Slerp.

Getting started is simple: sign up to Shipday, and we’ll handle the connection to your Slerp account from there. We’re now onboarding partners more broadly after a successful first rollout.

We’re about to kick off integrating with JET Go, Just Eat’s delivery service. Once it’s live, Slerp will be the only platform giving you access to the UK’s three largest courier networks (Deliveroo, Uber and Just Eat) from one place.

It joins our existing lineup of Deliveroo Express, Uber Direct, Stuart and other couriers built for larger catering orders, all backed by live ops and end customer support as standard.
