Courier waiting fees in Dispatch

Some courier fleets already charge waiting fees when drivers wait beyond a grace period at pickup. Dispatch now calculates and charges these fees automatically.

We’ve also updated the Dispatch Terms & Conditions and published a Help Centre article explaining how waiting fees work, and how to reduce them using Prep Modes, Dynamic Prep Time and order limits.
