Slerp Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Slerp Referral Program (the “Program”) offered by Slerp Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10222686 (“Slerp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By participating in the Program, you (“you”, “Referrer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• 1.1. The Program is open to individuals, businesses, or organisations who are legally resident or registered in the United Kingdom, and who have a genuine relationship or connection to the business being referred.
• 1.2. Referred businesses must be registered, incorporated entities operating in the United Kingdom, and must not already be in contact with Slerp at the time of referral submission.
• 1.3. Slerp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

2. How the Program Works

• 2.1. To make a referral, the Referrer must submit details of the referred business (“Referee”) using Slerp’s official referral form or by contacting an authorised Slerp representative.
• 2.2. A referral will be considered valid if:
  • The Referee has not had prior or ongoing engagement with Slerp’s sales, partnerships, or marketing teams.
  • The Referee signs a service agreement with Slerp, launches on the platform, and remains live and actively transacting for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks.

3. Referral Rewards

• 3.1. For each valid and qualified referral, the Referrer will receive £250 per physical location launched by the Referee, subject to a maximum of £2,500 per referral.
• 3.2. A location is defined as a unique, UK-based trading address using Slerp’s services for online ordering.
• 3.3. Payment of the referral reward is conditional upon:
  • The Referee completing a successful launch;
  • The Referee transacting on the Slerp platform for no less than four (4) consecutive weeks;
  • Slerp’s internal validation of all relevant conditions.
• 3.4. Payments will be processed within sixty (60) days of confirmation of eligibility, using a method determined by Slerp.
• 3.5. Referrers are solely responsible for any applicable tax liabilities associated with receiving referral rewards.

4. Program Restrictions

• 4.1. Referrals must be made in good faith and represent genuine business opportunities. Misuse of the Program — including spamming, submitting false information, or unethical conduct — will result in disqualification and cancellation of rewards.
• 4.2. Self-referrals or referrals of businesses under the same ownership or corporate group as the Referrer may be deemed ineligible.
• 4.3. The Program may not be used in conjunction with any other Slerp promotions, discounts, or incentive schemes unless expressly authorised.

5. Program Changes

• 5.1. Slerp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• 5.2. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Slerp website.
• 5.3. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. General Terms

• 6.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• 6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• 6.3. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between the Referrer and Slerp.
• 6.4. Slerp reserves the sole and absolute right to interpret these Terms and to determine the eligibility of referrals.
• 6.5. Slerp also reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any individual referral arrangement or reward agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
